SPAX #1 still got wet

Already rescheduled, the first event needed to happen. But in good old Texas fashion, an entire week of rain forecasts went by - without a single storm actually happening. Here comes Saturday - and here comes the rain. Rain, about the amount of an entire season in one morning. We initially felt bad for all the participants and that we hadn't cancelled yet once more. But the feedback from the drivers was amazing! The vast majority actually wanted to race, no matter the weather. Some AWD vehicles had an obvious advantage on a wet course, but we were surprised how well everybody managed the difficult conditions. Here are some pictures and video footage of that day! Enjoy! P.S. Would we race in weather like that again? Sure!
